Screen Printing Terms & Conditions

1. Proofing & Approvals

  • Digital Mockups: We provide digital mockups for every order. These are for placement and design reference only.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to check for spelling, grammar, and layout errors. Once a mockup is approved via [Email/Portal], we are not liable for errors present in the approved design.

  • Color Matching: While we strive for accuracy, colors on digital screens vary. We cannot guarantee an exact match to your monitor’s display. For precise colors, please provide a Pantone (PMS) Solid Coated color code.

2. Garment Variances & Spoilage

  • Manufacturer Consistency: We are not responsible for slight inconsistencies in garment color, sizing, or stitching provided by third-party manufacturers.

  • Spoilage Allowance: Screen printing is a manual process. We maintain a 2% spoilage rate (or 1 garment, whichever is greater). If an exact count is required for an event, we recommend ordering "buffer" pieces. We will refund or credit the cost of any items lost beyond this 2% threshold.

  • Customer-Supplied Goods: If you provide your own garments, we are not responsible for replacement costs if a misprint occurs, as we cannot guarantee how unknown fabrics will react to our inks and high-heat curing processes.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, all logos and artwork submitted. We reserve the right to refuse service for designs that infringe on trademarks or promote hate speech/illegal acts.

  • Marketing: We love showing off our work! Unless you explicitly opt-out in writing, we reserve the right to photograph your finished product for use in our portfolio or social media.

4. Turnaround & Shipping

  • Standard Timing: Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from the date of payment and mockup approval.

  • Deadlines: If you have a "hard" in-hand date, it must be disclosed at the time of deposit. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) or "Acts of God" (weather, natural disasters).

5. Payment & Cancellations

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to begin the sourcing and production process.

  • Cancellations: Once garments have been ordered or screens have been burned, cancellations will incur a restocking fee (usually 20%) plus the cost of any labor already performed.

6. Claims & Returns

  • Inspection Period: Please inspect your order upon pick-up or delivery. All claims for shortages or defects must be made within 24 Hours of receipt.

  • Resolution: Because items are custom-printed, we do not offer general returns. If we have made a verifiable error that deviates from the approved mockup, we will offer a reprint or a partial refund at our discretion.
